TERMS OF THE RETURN POLICY
  • The returned item must be fully assembled.
  • The item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the product.
  • The product cannot be installed or otherwise damaged.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging in which it was delivered.
  • The package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared for the return.
  • The buyer has documents confirming the purchase of the product.
  • The cost of returning (shipping) the product is covered by the buyer.
Non-returnable items:
-Purchased later than 14 days ago
-Electrical system products (except in cases of defect).
-Original auto parts, delivered according to individual orders.

Warranty:
-Products purchased on the AUVA website are covered by a 12-month or 30,000 km warranty (whichever comes first).
-The warranty applies only if the products are replaced by a qualified car repair shop and proper work is ensured. The replaced part must be intended for a specific car according to the parts selection catalog.
-If the part is adapted at the customer's discretion to a car for which it is not intended according to the catalog, the warranty does not apply.
-In the event of a claim, an invoice, receipt or other document confirming that the installation was performed by a qualified service shop must be submitted, and it will be checked whether the part was used for the correct car model according to the application specified in the catalog.
-In the event of a defect, the examination can usually last up to 30 calendar days. In rare cases, up to 90 days until it is determined whether the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.
-If it is determined that the defect cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced with a new one or the money will be refunded.
-AUVA does not cover any additional costs incurred due to incorrectly selected products, incorrect orders, improper installation or use, or late delivery.

A warranty claim may be rejected if:
-A document proving the purchase is not provided (VAT invoice or cash receipt).
-The complete product package is not provided.
-Parts were replaced outside the kit, when according to the manufacturer's recommendations they should be replaced in the kit (e.g. timing belt, clutch kit, shock absorbers, brake discs, glow plugs, etc.).
